Mel has been teaching yoga since 2014, teaching hatha yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra at classes and workshops around Bristol, as well as running workshops and retreats around the UK. Over the years she has supported people in one-to-one sessions, using yoga as a way to restore emotional balance, and provide deep relaxation. She has worked specifically to support people with anxiety, chronic fatigue and sleep issues. She also teaches well-woman yoga therapy with menstrual cycle awareness, and is a practicing astrologer and reflexologist. She is writing her first book, Rest Is Radical, which will be published by Aeon Books in 2020.
